Turn-key Pig Farm Project

One contract for the whole farm: layout design, all equipment, shipping, installation, commissioning and staff training.

Most farm projects stall because the buyer has to coordinate a designer, three equipment suppliers, a freight forwarder and an installation crew across different time zones. A turn-key project removes that risk: we take the full scope and one delivery date.

The problem we solve

When penning comes from one supplier and the feeding line from another, nobody owns the interface. Panels arrive without matching mounting holes, the feed drop lands outside the trough, and the schedule slips by weeks. Because we design the layout and manufacture the equipment in the same factory, the interfaces are solved on the drawing, not on your building site.

Yes. We commonly split a project into 2–3 shipping batches and send the installation crew once the first batch has arrived, so your site is not idle.

We supply equipment, steel structure and installation. Civil works are usually done by a local contractor using our foundation and anchor drawings.
