Reconstruction & Extension Project

Expand or retrofit an existing farm with compatible equipment — new houses added to a working site without stopping production.

Extension work is harder than new build: the farm is running, the power supply is already loaded, and the new equipment must bolt onto what is already there.

Typical retrofit questions we solve

  • Can the existing ventilation handle the added animal load, or must fans be upgraded?
  • Is the feed silo and line capacity still sufficient, or does a second line make more sense?
  • Can the new penning share posts and beams with the old, to save steel and floor area?
  • Will the slurry pit cope, and should a separator be added?

Keeping production running

Work is phased house by house and scheduled around your batch cycle. Equipment is pre-assembled in our factory as far as transport allows, so on-site work is mostly bolting rather than welding and cutting — faster, quieter, and safer around livestock.

Compatibility guarantee

Where your existing equipment is from another supplier, send us dimensions and photographs. We match the interface so old and new panels work together.
